Giving Away What You Receive |

| We used the $10 we were given and added a few bucks to make a care package for a young girl who was recently placed into foster care. The foster parents are dear friends of ours.We bought her a cool pencil box, some color pens,a journal for her thoughts and a cute little teddy bear to make her smile. We knew before we went to church Sunday that we were going to make a care basket for this girl and God confirmed that we needed to do this. Thank you! |

| The next week following the reverse offering we checked into a San Diego hotel and had to wait while our room was made up. As we waited, we talked with the housekeeper, a hard working very pleasant woman with a daughter age 4. After she left, we looked at each other and decided to give her the Share Money. We added extra $ to it and put a note in the envelope telling her about our church, the reverse offering and that we hoped our Lord Jesus Christ would bless her with it. |

| Hi Pastor Rittenhouse,
I accidentally got two envelopes instead of one. I had been thinking of giving it to the first homeless person I saw on the street, but decided not to because I wasn't sure how they would spend it. I finally decided to donate the $10 to Voice of the Martyrs. I gave to the branch of the ministry that helps out families of pastors who have been jailed or killed for their faith.
Thanks for this opportunity,

| We talked as a family about what to do with our money. It was wonderful to see the giving hearts of my children and husband. We decided to add to the money and anonymously pay for a month of gymnastics for the children of an injured Highway Patrol officer. Money and times are hard for them and it gave me such pleasure to write the check. What a wonderful idea to make us all a part of the "CCC Give." Thanks for this opportunity. |

| Pastor Ralph,
When I got home Sunday, I wrote "I hope this small offering demonstrates God's love in a big way" on a 3X5 card, put it in the envelope with the cash & prayed for God to show me who it should go to. As I was leaving the checkout line at Rite-Aid today, I pulled the envelope out of my purse and handed it to Andrea, the cashier & said "I believe this is for you." I then proceeded to walk out quickly, never turning back. It felt awesome! Praise the LORD! |
